The Thoughtful Card
Citibank Cash Back Card is an ideal card for all drivers out there! You will get to enjoy discounts of up to 20.88% at Esso petrol stations, and up to 20.8% at Shell petrol stations. For other petrol stations, you will get to earn up to 8% of savings. Other than spending on petrol, this card also comes with 8% cash back on all grocery stores and supermarkets worldwide and 8% cash back on dining for all restaurants, cafes, and food and beverages outlets globally. Other than that, you may enjoy 0.25% on all other retail spending. What’s more about this card? What about earning while spending? Once you accumulate $50 or more cash back in a month, it will be automatically credited in your statement plus your cash back will never expire.
Fees and Charges
Annual fee for principal card and supplementary card is S$192.60 and S$96.30 respectively. Annual fee waiver is given to principal card and first two supplementary cards for the first year of subscription. Interest rates for outstanding balances are divided into 3 tiers, with minimum interest charge of S$3. The lowest interest rate is 20% per annum, you will get to enjoy this rate if you never failed on making payment promptly, or less than 50% of your outstanding balance for 12 consecutive months. If you missed paying promptly by 1 or 2 months, your interest rate on your outstanding balance will be 26% per annum. If you did not meet the first two requirements, your interest charge will be 29% per annum for your outstanding balance. Late payment charge is S$60. As for cash advance, you will be charged for either S$15 or 6% of amount withdrawn, whichever is higher. Minimum monthly payment is S$25 or 1% of current balance+ 1% outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

To apply Citibank Cash Back Card, your monthly income must at least S$2,500 (for Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents); S$3,500 (for foreigners). Minimum age for principal and supplementary card applicants is age 21 and above, and age 18 and above, respectively.
