HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card comes with perks of receiving cashback. If you purchase fuel at any of the Caltex and Shell fuel stations, you will earn up to 16% instant discount! Besides, regardless where you purchase your groceries, you will get up to 5% cashback too! You will also get to enjoy 2% cashback on dining at restaurants. For every S$1 you spent, you will earn 1 Rewards Point. Most importantly, you can charge tax payment to this card, so that you will earn Rewards Points! Transfer your credit card balances to HSBC, with low balance transfer rate! You can choose your preferred repayment period, either 6 months or 12 months. If it is 6 months repayment period, you will need to repay your outstanding card balances at interest rate of 3.20% per annum. Fees and Charges
You can enjoy the annual fee waiver for the first 2 years upon card approval. Annual fee for principal card is S$180; and for supplementary card is free for life. Interest charge on outstanding balances is 24% per annum, with minimum charge of S$2.50. Monthly payment must be at least 3% of outstanding balance, or S$50, whichever is higher. You will also be charged on late payment for S$55. If you withdraw cash from any ATMs, you will need to pay for another 5% of amount withdrawn, or S$15, whichever is higher.
Are You Eligible For HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card?
To apply HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card, you must be age 21 and above. If you are a Singaporean or Singapore permanent resident, your monthly income must at least S$2,500. For self-employed or foreigners, your monthly income must not less than S$3,333 per month. If none of the requirements mentioned is met, you must have at least S$10,000 of fixed deposit to be maintained in HSBC until card closure.
