Go-Jek To Enter Singapore This Week

Go-Jek To Enter Singapore This Week

Indonesia’s Go-Jek has launched the beta version of its ride-hailing app in Singapore on Thursday (November 29).

Go-Jek’s beta app will be available to a limited number of users before being expanded to the wider population in batches.

While the app can be downloaded from iOS and Android app stores, riders will be placed on a waitlist, and will receive an email or a push notification once they have been given access.

To better manage supply and demand, Go-Jek’s services will initially only be available in certain areas in Singapore, including the Central Business District, Jurong East, Changi, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio and Sentosa. These locations were chosen based on population density.

DBS and POSB customers in Singapore will enjoy priority access on Go-Jek’s waiting list, as well as receive a S$5 voucher for each of their first two rides.
