Meet Our Home Loan Team
At iMoney, we strive to deliver you the best experience when finding a home loan in Singapore – and we can’t do that without great people to make it happen. Meet the experienced, talented (and rather photogenic) individuals that make up our home loan team:
Sean Lim is an established thought leader in the mortgage industry. A keen property investor himself, he owns several properties regionally. He is well-versed with the TDSR guidelines in Singapore, as well as bank guidelines for mortgages in Singapore, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Japan and USA. His opinions have been published in The Straits Times, The Business Times, Today, The Sunday Times, and he has appeared on Channel 5, Channel 8 and Channel News Asia.
Maggie Ang started her career as a real estate agent and an auctioneer in Asia Elite Realty, OrangeTee and CKS Property Consultants, before moving into the mortgage banking industry. She has spent 12 years in the industry with OCBC and HSBC, and has gained invaluable experience and knowledge, especially pertaining to credit guidelines for Singapore and overseas mortgages for London, Australia, Malaysia, Tokyo and US. Ang has contributed to and appeared on Channel News Asia. She currently assists customers in obtaining the best, right-fit mortgage loans.
Ignatius Yeo is a chemical engineer by training, but has been in the mortgage industry since 2000. Spurred by a love for numbers, he became one of Citibank’s pioneer mortgage specialists for their HomeSaver loan programme – the first in Singapore to introduce an interest off-setting account. With almost two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Yeo remains dedicated to helping and advising clients on their property mortgage loans.
Sally Goh joined the banking industry as a Home Advice Specialist with DBS for four years, before serving as Senior Financial Manager for UOB. Subsequently, she joined a law firm as a Business Development Manager under conveyancing, assisting clients with property purchasing procedures and regulatory TDSR guidelines in Singapore. Her experience in various aspects of the property industry – from mortgages to corporate loans to conveyancing – helps clients navigate the property market in Singapore.
