Get Up to 20X Rewards Easily
Citi Rewards Card allows you to earn 10 points or 4 Miles for every S$1 spent on clothes, bags and shoes on departmental stores or online shopping websites. From now until 3rd May 2018, you can earn up to 20X rewards point or 8 Miles for every $1 spent at Duty Free Singapore (DFS), Takashimaya and TANGS. Discounts are also available when you swipe your card on selected departmental stores like Bread & Butter, Camper, Evisu, Laprendo, and True Religion. Discounts on wellness treatments at Spa Elements, Spa Infinity and Spa Symphony are also available at selected outlets. On top of that, you can also enjoy additonal discount up to 50% when you shop online on Lazada, Expedia, Zalora, Foodpanda Reebonz and many more. On other spending, you are entitled to earn 1 reward point for every S$1 spent.
Fees and Charges
The annual fee for principal card is S$192.60; supplementary card is S$96.30. Annual fee waiver is given to principal and first two supplementary cards for the first year of subscription. There are 3 tiers of interest rates of being charged on outstanding balances. It comes with a minimum interest charge of S$3. The lowest tier is 20% per annum; you will be entitled to this rate only if you make payment promptly, or repaid more than 50% of your outstanding balances for 12 consecutive months. You will be charged at the second tier of interest rate, 26% per annum when you missed making prompt payments by 1 or 2 months.
Lastly, if you did not meet the mentioned requirements, you will be charged for 29% per annum on your outstanding balance. You are required to pay the minimum monthly payment, which is either 1% of your current balance and 1% outstanding balance, or S$50, which ever is greater. You will be penalised on paying late too, which is S$100 for late payment charge. If you were to withdraw cash, you would need to pay for 6% of amount withdrawn or S$15, whichever is greater.
Are You Eligible For Citi Rewards Card?
You are entitled for Citi Rewards Card if your income is at least S$2,500 per month (if you are a Singaporean or Singapore permanent resident); or more than S$3,500 per month (if you are a foreigner). Principal card applicant must be 21 years old and above; supplementary card applicant must be 18 years old and above.
