Credit Card With No Currency Charge

ICBC Unionpay Dual Currency Platinum Card can be charged in Singapore Dollar (S$) and Renmimbi (RMB). Hence, there is no currency charge if you charge your card in Mainland of China. RMB Payment is accepted in Singapore, however, only for outstanding used in Mainland of China. With this card, you will receive complimentary access to airport lounge in Mainland of China. This card also provides you worldwide travel protection and purchase protection. Most importantly, you will be protected by China medical card plan too! You will have peace in mind when travelling to Mainland of China. Furthermore, you will get to enjoy special promotions at selected merchants in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. For every S$1 you spent, you will be rewarded with 3 Rewards Points!

Fees and Charges

Annual fee for main card is S$150; and for supplementary card is S$75. You are entitled to enjoy annual fee waiver for 3 years. You will need to pay your outstanding balances in SGD when you are in Singapore and other countries. You will be charged for finance charge on outstanding balances, at interest rate of 24% per annum. If you withdraw cash in China, you will be charged for cash advance fee, which is 3% of the transaction amount, with minimum charge of RMB9.00, whichever is higher. However, there is no currency exchange charge for withdrawing cash in Mainland of China. Minimum monthly payment is 3% of statement balance, or S$50, whichever is higher. If no minimum payment is received by the due date, you will need to pay late payment charge for 5% of outstanding balances, or S$40, whichever is higher.
