Stand a chance to earn up to 5% entertainment rebate at cafes like Starbucks, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Connoisseur Concerto (tcc), Dimbulah Coffee, Coffee Club and Costa Coffee. On top of that, you will get to earn 5% cashback for every S$1 spent at selected dining outlets and also earn up to 30% discount from wide dining deals islandwide. With a rebate cap of S$60 a month, that’s S$720 a year!
In addition, you may also earn 3% rebate on your first two NETS FlashPay Auto Top-Ups (ATUs), which you can use for MRT and public bus rides, or for ERP and EPS CEPAS 2 carpark payments, or at any outlet with a NETS FlashPay terminal. NETS FlashPay ATUs are fixed at S$50 per transaction and may not be changed. Furthermore, you may also earn up to 0.3% cashback for any other transactions like online shopping, entertainment spending at bars, cinemas, KTV, clubs and selected cafes.
Fees and Charges
Annual fee for the principal card is S$80 and for the supplementary card is S$40. You will get to enjoy 2 years annual fee waiver. To enjoy subsequent annual fee waiver, you will need to spend at least S$10,000 a year. Finance charge for outstanding balances is 25.92% per annum, or S$2.50, whichever is higher. If no minimum monthly payment is made promptly, you will be charged for late payment of S$60. Minimum monthly payment is S$50, or 3% of your total outstanding balance; whichever are greater, plus overdue amounts and excess amounts of credit limit. For cash advance, you will be charged for S$15, or 6% of cash advance amount, whichever is greater.

Minimum monthly income to apply OCBC FRANK Credit Card is S$2,500 (for Singapore citizens and permanent residents) or S$3,750 (for foreigners). Minimum age for applying main card and supplementary card is 21 and 18, respectively.
